Each week we will look at different ways we can calm our mind and body to create stillness in a busy world. We will explore how to create stillness whether you are at home, on your commute, in the office or just going about your day to day activities.
We will practice different postures, breathing techniques, movement, mudras, active relaxation and meditation. We are all different and find stillness and calm in different places and in different practices. It doesn’t all have to be about meditation! The aim of this short introductory course is to give you a library of methods that work for you.
